Using the latest Matchtek technology, MovieAndDates delivers a complete and easy to use dating solution directly to your mobile phone. So now you don't need to spend hours on the net searching for someone special. Simply create your profile, sit back and relax while we find that special someone for you to go and watch a great movie with.

Step 1) Fill out a profile

How it all works is that you fill out a profile, where you can express yourself in terms of films, characters and habits and we find you a match for a dating event.

Creating a profile only takes a few minutes.

Step 2) We match you (optional)

After filling out a profile, we search our database of other singles who have registered for the same event. Then based on our secret movie magic formula and at your request we find you a date for the event. If we are not able to match you or you do not request a blind date, we seat you in an area with potential match candidates so that you can meet and socialise before and after the movie!

Step 3) Go to the movie with your blind date

This is where things get interesting! Not just because you get a date (optional), but because you get to use the revolutionary MatchTek mobile matching technology. 24-48 hours before the event you’ll get a text with your badge id for the event, and the allocated seats for you and your date.  If you do not have a date we will seat you with others with a similar profile so you can meet and socialise.

For MovieAndDates events we exclusively hire out prestigious bars, clubs and movie theatres as hosting places.

Step 4) Go to the after party with lots of other singles

So maybe you didn’t like your date. Maybe they don't like Star Wars as much as you do. Not to worry. After the movie you go back to the hosting venue, where you can meet other potential dates who have come to along to this MovieAndDates event.

Again this is where the mobile matching comes in handy. You can text text flirt anyone who catches your eye without disclosing your mobile number!
